I’ve known and worked with Kelvin for many years. He has not only a very deep understanding of RF microwave but also many other areas of electrical engineering as well. He is a very articulate person and that often shows in his communication with others, especially in the technical aspect. Besides his theoretical knowledge, Kelvin is an extremely hands-on type of engineer. He participates in building, testing, debugging the hardware wherever he is needed.
