I like Dr. Yuk’s teaching. He is a nice person and willing to answer all the answers students asked. He is familiar with the lecture materials and explain them clearly. As a non-EE student but need to know EM in my research, I feel the lectures are just in the good difficulties. I learned a lot about EM. The HFSS workshop are really good for me to learn a new software. The weakness for this class is it seems we spent too many lectures in chapter 6 and 8, almost all the time after the midterm. Followed the book in a way that made reading supplementary. The course was structured in a way in which students knew exactly what was expected. Was very approachable in offering help with course material and homework questions and offered clear explanations regarding both. Seemed interested in the subject matter and cared about students.
